May 28 - Slow Progress

I'm making slow progress on my hexagons, my crappy eyesight limits my stitching time to times when I can sit in the natural sunlight to stitch.   Hoping I can make them into a tiny quilt to put on top of my tiny drawers which are full of vintage buttons!  More on them another time.....

  1. Love the tiny drawers. It's ages since I did hexagons. Need a lot of patience. Which I'm lacking

  4. Hand stitching is meditation. I made hexagons ages ago. :-)

  5. How pretty! Just the perfect thing for putting on your tiny drawers :) I have my buttons in jars. I love old buttons so much. They just have a special character to them. For some reason, perhaps because they were so everyday and utilitarian, buttons speak to me more about the people from that time period that wore them. Enjoy your sunshine and pretty hexagons!
